If it's your first yoga class or you are ready to get into your first headstand, yoga at Spirit Bear is for Every Body.
We recommend that new students buy our unlimited month of yoga during their first visit to Spirit Bear. It's a great bargain, and gives you a whole month to practice yoga with us.
