| Join the master teachers at Spirit Bear Power Yoga on Main Street in Natick Center every Tuesday evening to learn yoga in a friendly, relaxed and encouraging setting. This series ‘starts from the beginning’ and in plain English teaches you all the elements to build an outstanding yoga practice. This is a perfect class for anyone who would like to try yoga for the first time or who has practiced but may have missed a few of the basics.
