Take the fear out of flying as you learn ways to build strength and safe alignment in order to balance on your hands (or your head). We'll start with the basics and look at how chaturanga dandasana (low push-up) is the foundation for all arm balances, and how tadasana (mountain pose) is the foundation for all inversions. This workshop will begin with a quick warm up before we learn crow, side crow, titibasana, figure 4 arm balance, headstand, forearm stand, and headstand. Come with an open mind and no expectations and you might be surprised by what you’re able to do and how much fun you’ll have!
