Prenatal Yoga
Every Sunday - 11a to 12p
This class is designed for new and practicing yogis. Spend one hour engaged in non-heated, vinyasa flow yoga tailored to meet your body's needs during this special time. Lali's energy & experience are pure, simple, & refreshing!
Lali's goals are to empower women to gracefully transition physically and mentally through the changes and challenges of pregnancy, birth, and recovery.
In addition, the practice can help relieve some symptoms of pregnancy, increase awareness and control of the pelvic floor muscles, and teach how to use breath as a guide to relax and focus when you need to.
Tuition is $150 for a 10 class pass, $20 for a drop-in
Dress comfortably & bring a mat, water & body pillow (suggested)
