Each day we offer yoga classes for yogis just starting out, experienced yogis, yoga for kids, families and athletes.
Class Styles
Power Flow
Power Flow is a challenging class of consistent yoga poses in flowing transition with a focus on core strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and an overall sense of well-being. This 60-90 minute, All Levels class will detoxify, heal, and energize your body and soul. The room is heated to approximately 95°F with 50-60% humidity.
Hour of Power
A shorter version of the Power Flow, this class is challenging with consistent yoga poses in flowing transition with a focus on core strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and an overall sense of well-being. This 60 minute, All Levels class will detoxify, heal, and energize your body and soul. The room is heated to approximately 95°F with 40-50% humidity.
Rythmic Flow
This Power Flow class is done to a wonderful blend of electronica and reggae to help you keep your flow moving for this entire class.
Relax & Restore Flow
This slow flow vinyasa relaxes and renews. The movements are gentle and the focus is on the breath. The class closes with a 15 minute meditation to quiet the mind and enliven the spirit.
Candle Light Yoga
This class uses held, supported postures, gentle transitions, breath work, and meditation to help open the body and calm the mind. A beautiful way for new and seasoned yogis to blur weekend to work week.
Spirit Cubs Kids Yoga
Kids are natural Yogis. We offer Kids Yoga classes at various times during the year. Please check our home page , sign up for our email newsletter and join us on Facebook to be notified of the next Kids Yoga class.
