Join Christy for the 5 week series that ‘starts from the beginning’ and in plain English teaches you all the elements to build an outstanding power yoga practice.  This is the perfect class for anyone who would like to try power yoga for the first time or who has practiced but may have missed a few of the basics. 
Week 1 - Centering and Breath

Week 2 - Sun Salutations

Week 3 - Standing Poses

Week 4 - Core Work and Back Bends

Week 5 - Hip Openers and Meditation
