Join Christy for the 4 week series that ‘starts from the beginning’ and in plain English teaches you all the elements to build an outstanding power yoga practice.  This is the perfect class for anyone who would like to try power yoga for the first time or who has practiced but may have missed a few of the basics. 
Week 1 - Sun Salutations

Week 2 - Standing Poses & Core Work

Week 3 - Back Bends & Hip Openers

Week 4 - Putting it All Together
