A year after the delivery of her third child, Natasha was hit with a health crisis. The combination of living a high stress life, the loss of her father and not having any mindfulness or grounding in her life, Natasha knew she desperately needed to make drastic changes in her life. Natasha’s doctor recommended yoga and as luck would have a new studio opened in her hometown. Natasha needed a drastic personal transformation - a revolution - and found it at her new yoga studio. Natasha began to transform herself from the inside out when she realized the positive impact the changes were making in her life. In 2016, she took her next leap into Yoga Teacher Training to further her practice both in daily life and on her mat.

Natasha strongly believes in continuing her education and building her wisdom of the body through the disciplines of Yoga and Ayurveda. Natasha is most proud of her ongoing participation with Baptiste Yoga workshops and certifications. Natasha is currently studying with Dr. Frawley at The American Institute of Vedic Studies, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counselor, holds an Ayurveda Systems Health Educator from V.A. Shiva Ayyadurai. Natasha is also trained by NASM Certified Personal Training & Corrective Exercise and holds a Health Coach Certification from Dr. Sears Wellness Institute.

Natasha brings her passion to her teaching with an intelligent, strong, and playful practice to help students sensitively challenge themselves to step into their most powerful and authentic self.

Natasha is eternally grateful to have found Yoga and Ayurveda to light her path and is continually humbled and inspired by students, fellow teachers and mentors for their loving wisdom.

'This studio is one of the best around. I used to live down the road and took classes here regularly enough to become a studio assistant.  The heat and temperature at Spirit Bear is by far the best I have seen. A lot of placed in Boston I have been to don't seem to have it quite right.  Spirit Bear is also CLEAN!!! I hate going into a class where there are sweat puddles and hair from the previous class on the floor. I really like the instructors (who are educated and in tune) and the flow of the classes are great. I wish there were more studios like Spirit Bear in Boston.'
