Taylor Morgan


I fell in love with yoga after some health issues my senior year of college. I was able to regain body awareness and a new found appreciation for how everything moves together. In 2015, I earned my 200 hours from YogaVermont, an old school Ashtanga studio. The key aspect that drew me to Ashtanga was the complete physical attention required through out the practice. Every part of the body is utilized, leaving students mentally and physically worked by the end. I take this aspect and implement it into my own free flows. I enjoy encouraging people to step outside their comfort zone in a healthy way. Above anything else, I try to make a safe and fun environment for individuals to explore asanas while also staying in-tune with their needs.
